This place is an excellent storage facility. Every thing is inside and although not heated the rental rates are very affordable. The access to the building is awesome also.

I've used Storage Plus Hudson for several years. I find the facility in a good location for my needs. It is clean and the rates are affordable. When it comes to customer service, Jon is very friendly and helpful. It makes knowing our storage items are in safe surroundings.

We have been renting from Storage Plus Hudson for several years, and are pleased with our experience. The facility has worked very well for our needs, the staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I have been renting a space there for over a year and have had no complaints. Monthly fee is reasonable and my unit is easy to access whenever I need.

We have had our unit for 13 plus years. Each time we check our unit the facility is well maintained, dust free and importantly very dry. The service personnel has been excellent at helping us which was complicated because we lived overseas. We are very glad we chose this site for our storage.

Nice place to storage

There was a woman filling in for the day. She did a great job getting us set up quickly with a storage unit that will fit our needs. She was very friendly and accommodating.

The manager, a young lady, made the entire process of setting up and securing a storage unit, easy and quick. Beforehand though, she gave explicit information on the administration process, the actual units, prices, in a very professional and warm delivery. I appreciated that so much as I feel that good customer service is missing now a days. She showed exceptional customer service, and I teach communication at a college. Thank you so much!

Im so bad with names but the woman who gave me my welcome call and greeted me when I got there was amazing! I have a huge fear of heights and she made switching to a ground level unit easy and painless. 🙂

I've stored a car here for many years. They're always great to work with and just got off a call with them because I was late on a payment (for the first and only time) and they had zero problems waiving the late fee. Thank you!

i've had a storage space there more than 10 years. at least twice, i've lost my bank card, and when they give you a new one, the number changes. So my automatic payments didn't go through, and i didn't realize it. Both times, the manager went way beyond the call of duty to get a message to me so i could fix it, rather than just locking my space up and selling my things. The hours aren't the best, and the place does get quite humid in the summer, but the people are so nice they make up for it.

Clay and his team were amazing! Two times we used them to move out of Boston to Hudson and then another in-town move. Clay and his team always show up happy and ready to do the job. They are super-fast, take on challenging furniture with ease, and waste no time. They are careful with fragile boxes and furniture. In the three part shuffle we needed for our move, nothing was broken! They always go above and beyond not only taking everything out of my apartment, but also volunteering to help remove the mounds of cardboard for recycling. They were a pleasure to work with. The prices for moving and storage were very reasonable. Great value for a superior service! Kent was also a great resource. Our moving schedule was pretty complex and Kent worked with us to make sure we found a time that worked for us. Thank you Amazing Movers and Storage Plus!
